How long does my order take to ship?

∙ Orders generally ship within 5 business days.

∙ You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

∙ Wholesale & consignment orders may take up to three weeks depending on the size of the order.

∙ If you need an order in a specific time frame, or would like to arrange local pickup, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Do you offer international shipping? 

∙ Not at this time. However, we are working to find an economical solution to allow our friends overseas to be able to receive the herbal goodness.

What is your return policy? 

∙ Returns can be made for broken bottles, packaging, etc. within 30 days of purchase.

∙ We make no medical claims & will not accept returns for products that did not work in such a way as you believe they should have worked.
